Applications are being made to all CLE states as requested by attendees. Please contact Cassie Yatcilla with questions regarding approved states for CLE Credit. The conference is pending approval for 10.0-12.0 credit hours (including 1.0 ethics credit). Attendees must answer 3 polling questions per session to receive credit.
The conference has been is approved for 10.0 FL CE Adjuster Credits (including 1.0 ethics credit). The conference is pending approval for 10.0 CE Adjuster Credits in NH and TX. No partial CE credit will be awarded. Attendees must attend all of the approved sessions and answer 3 polling questions per session to receive credit.
**Perrin Conferences is expecting approval for up to 10.0 – 12.0 CE/CLE credits. Perrin files for approval prior to the conference with materials provided, and therefore cannot guarantee accreditation by each jurisdiction's governing body.
Important Notice Regarding Conference Recording
Please note that Perrin Conferences will not record any scheduled sessions at the virtual National Asbestos Litigation Conference taking place on September 29-30, 2020. All sessions will be offered virtually in the Eastern Time Zone per the conference agenda. No session recordings will be available after the conference.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend the conference, please notify us prior to September 15, 2020, and we will refund your fee. Cancellations received after this date and no-shows are subject to a $100 administrative fee. You may enroll a substitute at any time before the course starts.
Financial Aid Policy
Perrin Conferences is dedicated to providing high-quality continuing legal education to attorneys interested in course offerings. Program registrants who are unable to afford registration fees due to financial hardship may apply for a complete registration waiver or reduction in fee. Factors to be considered include employment status and annual income. Please send a written letter to Lynnsey Perrin at lperrin@perrinconferences.com addressing your financial situation for consideration. All requests must be submitted 14 days prior to the start of the program and are kept confidential.
